Client Services Representative – Full-time ~40 hrs per week

Responsibilities include:
Representing the practice to callers and visitors
Answering phones, requesting and updating patient records, scanning/faxing of records
Greeting, checking in, and rooming clients
Ability to effectively manage appointment schedule
Accurate handling payment transactions
End of day drawer reconciliation
Diffusing negative client situations and fostering client bonding
Cleaning exam rooms after each appointment
Miscellaneous light cleaning
Every other Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm is required.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills required (comfortable with Word, navigating email, data entry)
Experience Requirements:
1-2 years veterinary experience (preferred)
2 years administrative/office experience (preferred)
2 years customer service experience (required)
